Position Highlights:

• Full-time hours with weekday shifts, ensuring schedule stability.
• Competitive wage of $25.00/hr, paid weekly!

Your day-to-day:

• Organizing and prioritizing daily work to ensure patient needs are met and provider schedules run smoothly.
• Recording patient demographic information and medical history.
• Completing the patient intake process.
• Assisting care providers during patient visits, including collecting vital signs and scribing for physicians.
• Providing instructions to patients regarding diagnostic tests or procedures.
• Preparing documentation for scheduled appointments/procedures.
• Coordinating with patients, providers, and specialists to ensure care plans are followed.

Qualifications we are seeking:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, CMA).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with medical records systems preferred.
