1. Adhere to all local county and CN Hotels food safety and sanitation techniques at all times – before, during and after breakfast hours
2. Complete all tasks assigned by General Manager or any management level personnel in a timely manner in accordance with hotel and local health standards.
3. Transports all items needed for food service from storeroom, kitchen or other areas.
4. Sets up the hotel breakfast buffet for service according to established standards.
5. Greets the guests as they arrive and assists in seating.
6. During breakfast service, regularly offer re-fills on coffee and juice using hand held service pitchers.
7. Busses and re-sets empty tables within 3 minutes of the guest departure.
8. Re-stocks the breakfast buffet as needed during service.
9. Breaks down and cleans up after the completion of all scheduled shifts, completing assigned side work functions.
10. Responds quickly and courteously to guest requests.
11. Follows all company/department policies, procedures, and standards.
12. Thoroughly familiar with all related HAZCOM information, MSDS for any chemicals in use,
Blood Borne Pathogen prevention and appropriate response.
13. Follows all Safety handling procedures and is familiar with Emergency Procedures.
14. Presents a professional image at all times through appearance and behavior.
15. Clean breakfast seating area, counters and keep the breakfast pantry clean and organized.
16. Train and monitor any additional breakfast personnel.
17. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Management level personnel.
18. From time to time, it may be necessary to be available 24 hours, on an on-call basis.
19. May be required to work at other times than normally scheduled hours. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
20. From time to time, you will need to assist in other additional duties requested by management or corporate office.
