The Courtyard by Marriott at Briarcliff, Kansas City is accepting applications for a Front Desk Guest Services Agent! Come join our award winning team!
The Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City at Briarcliff features 123 guest rooms, a restaurant called The Bistro, 7,000 sq feet of event space called The View at Briarcliff, fitness center, salt water pool & hot tub, and many other amenities for guests to enjoy. The properties wide variety of amenities and guest services often lead to promotion from within the organization and Marriott.
Shift Availability: Saturday - Friday: 7:00AM - 3:00PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Job Duties May Include:
- Greeting & checking in guests
- Handling guest requests
- Answering internal/external calls
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers
- Properly executing daily closing reports
- Assisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department

REQUIREMENTS:
**If you have a license to drive a multi-passenger vehicle (In Missouri, a Class E License), we may have additional shifts available for you!
