We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the establishment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with banquet set-up and clean-up
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
