Job Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.

Full time or Seasonal positions available.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or F&B preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers, software and phone systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel or office front desk operations and procedures
