Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This is a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities: - Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift - Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns - Assist with guest requests and ensure their satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience - Follow all safety and security protocols Requirements: - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette - Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team as a Night Auditor and be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your dedication to exceptional customer service will be valued. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
