Position Overview:

Courtesy Jeep, a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a BDC Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for generating business for the service department, managing incoming service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of automotive service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 100 calls per day with commission for reaching appointment goals.
  • Handle inbound service inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and service advisor availability.
  • Coordinate with service advisors to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and workload distribution.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the dealership's CRM system.
  • Utilize the CRM system to track customer interactions and service appointments.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to gather customer feedback on service experiences.
  • Address any customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to send emails, texts to leads, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient with notes and record-keeping.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
