The Membership Specialist actively seeks and enrolls new members to the Almaden Valley Athletic Club. The Specialist qualifies interested individuals, guides them toward the right AVAC package, completes the contract, and provides exceptional follow up customer service resulting in referral sales and continual member engagement. This is a part-time position and may increase during the summer months. The Specialist position is non-exempt and reports directly to AVAC’s Director of Sales and Retention. 

 Pre-requisites: 

• Flexible Schedule
  • Able to work between the hours of 8:30 am-7:30 pm
  • Able to work weekends
  • Commit to at least 8 consistent hours per week
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED Certificate within 30 days.
• Ability to quickly learn AVACs programs, activities, and facilities, and navigate our database
