Court and Aquatic Sports Ltd is Hiring a Lead Camp Counselor Near San Jose, CA
- Has worked at minimum 1 previous season of Summer Camp
- Has a current Lifeguard certification - You must be fully certified (shallow water attendant not accepted)
- Help develop fellowcampcounselors by giving positive and constructive feedback
- Assist the manager in making sure daily operations are complete
- Be able to give feedback and take feedback from the SummerCampManager or other Managers around the club
- Communicate with the families at the end ofcampand coachcampcounselors on doing the same
- Be a leader to your group and be an example to the rest of the counselors, Jr Camp Counselors, and Campers.
- Ensure the safety of all counselors and campers in the group
