The Country Inn & Suites Rocky Mount NC is looking for a Maintenance assistant Monday Wednesday and Friday. Sat, and Sundays. You must be responsible, dependable, have own transportation. Qualifications
- Proficient in English
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers is a plus
- Welding skills are advantageous
- Electrical experience is beneficial
- Previous supervising experience preferred
- Background in manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Strong leadership abilities

This position requires a candidate with a diverse skill set ranging from technical expertise to interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in maintenance practices, with additional experience in areas such as electrical work, welding, and supervising. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
