We at Country Inn and Suites are looking for friendly, customer service oriented, and responsible part-time Front Desk Night Auditor.
Job Requirements:
- Welcome guests when they come to check in and check out
- Check in and check out guests efficiently and with a friendly attitude
- Keep the security and safety of guests paramount when checking them in and out
- Takes care of guest issues as they arise
- Handles cash and credit cards in a responsible manner
- Answers phones/makes reservations
- Uses the computer system efficiently
- Communicates with other departments when needed
- Run all nightly hotel reports
Requirements:
- Must be able to work from PM to AM
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and cover vacations as needed
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Types: 32 hours per week but there is a possibility to work (40 hours)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Work setting:
- In-person
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
