TITLE: Banquet Captain FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt

REPORTS TO: Director of Event Operations and Events Manager

DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage

JOB SUMMARY: As a Country Club of Mobile Team Member, you must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. Our members and guests expect the best. Seeking a meticulous banquet captain to supervise and manage all banquet events. As the banquet captain, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring that banquet operations run smoothly, and prioritizing the comfort and safety of our guests. A successful candidate should have strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple streams of information. Ultimately, a top-notch banquet captain should remain calm in highly stressful situations and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
