Castle Pines Golf Club is Hiring a Line Cook Near Castle Rock, CO
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare variety of meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items according to the individual stations using Castle Pines Golf Club recipes.
- Assist in food preparation operations for all food outlets of the Club.
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Understand and comply consistently with Castle Pines Golf Club standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in food preparation assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Report to shift on time and in proper uniform.
- Perform related duties as needed including washing dishes, kitchen cleaning, and assist with any other projects as assigned by the kitchen manager.
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen when needs of the business arise.
- Eligible to participate in the Employee Bonus Program.

Requirements
- Experience in professional kitchen environment preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Well organized and sense of urgency.
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and dining room personnel.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 90% of the time.
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary Description
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
