Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Overview and Responsibilities:

The Club Intern will provide support to various key departments within our organization. The individual in this role will assist in the execution of operations in each assigned department while also developing a further knowledge and understanding of the private golf club industry. This role will report directly to the Department Heads of the corresponding department that they are assigned to. 

• Assist in the execution of operations in assigned departments. 
• Take the opportunity to learn and fully understand each department and how it fits into the bigger picture of Castle Pines Golf Club. 
• General support in departmental daily tasks and functions. 
• Help with projects related to tournaments and events as needed. 
• Attend various Club meetings as required. 
• Meet monthly with CFO or HR to check-in and discuss progress.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
• Customer service focused.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sufficient understanding of a 5-star hospitality facility. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Operates with a sense of urgency and strives to provide the best service product. 
• Ability to take initiative. 
• Reliable transportation to and from work shifts.
