Sikich LLP is seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Implementation Team. In this client-facing role as a Senior Salesforce Developer, the ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with our customers to configure and develop state of the art systems and solutions on Salesforce.

What will you do in this role?
- Work as a part of an agile development team implementing various Salesforce clouds.
- Leverage your In depth familiarity and knowledge of different salesforce license models and limitations to configure systems per client requirements
- Work with the project team to conceptualize and define system architecture with a focus on scalability and ease of maintenance downstream
- Leverage knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components to develop use cases on Salesforce.
- Support creation of technical documentation in support of systems being developed
- Implement development and deployment best practices and methodologies in a client setting
- Support systems integration between Salesforce and other applications.
- Implement robust security and access controls within the system.
- Work with quality assurance team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- 5 years in software development in a professional setting.
- 3 years working with Salesforce in a technical role.
- 1 years experience in a Senior / Lead capacity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as administrator, platform developer I and II are desirable.
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with agile / scrum methodology
- Demonstrated hands-on ability to create necessary technical documentation including high level systems design, low level systems design, system landscape, entity relationship diagrams, configuration workbooks, and other client deliverables for enterprise salesforce implementations.
- Proven ability to lead a cross functional team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel as needed
