JTEC Consulting is hiring a Senior CyberArk Developer with Privileged Access management (PAM) solutions experience to join our growing team working in support of an Army ICAM program. This position requires strong experience with CyberArk automation using PowerShell functions for continuous delivery of connection component and platform packages for CyberArk's PAM.

This remote opportunity is available to highly skilled CyberArk Developers with a proven track record of building safer applications, scripts, and pipelines. The remote position requires successful development history automating tasks and building new extensions for successful PAM. Qualified candidates must have the technical ability to quickly get up-to-speed to support automation of app processes.

This is a highly collaborative team environment ensuring sound practices for access control and detecting vulnerabilities as part of modernizing the program's cybersecurity framework. Qualified candidates must have experience implementing PAM/IAM solutions using the CyberArk suite of products and strong shell scripting experience. Prior experience supporting SailPoint development environment is a plus.

Role and responsibilities include:

Work as part of a collaborative engineering team offering technical solutions, troubleshooting, and resolutions to enhance Army capabilities supporting system security.
Support implementation and integrations for PAM using CyberArk solutions using PowerShell functions.
Interact with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
Support seamless integration of the CyberArk platform with existing systems and applications.
Maintain and enhance security measures to protect privileged accounts and safeguard sensitive data from potential cyber threats.
Integration and API Development: Develop custom integrations with various applications, directories, and systems using CyberArk's APIs and connectors. Ensure secure communication and data exchange between CyberArk and other IT systems.
Privileged Account Security: Implement privileged access controls, password rotation policies, and session isolation measures to protect critical credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that PAM solutions adhere to cybersecurity best practices and comply with relevant regulatory standards. Implement access control policies and maintain and auditable trail of privileged account activities.
Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and integration details. Prepare reports on system performance, access governance, and compliance-related metrics.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
Work closely with project managers and team leads to meet delivery requirements.
Provide on-site support, as needed

Requirements include:

U.S. citizenship
Current Secret clearance (will consider clearance eligibility)
Bachelor’s degree required; Studies in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
- Equivalent years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Current certification to meet DOD 8570 IAT Level II compliance (Security , CISSP, or equivalent) is required to start work
8 years of related experience designing and implementing IAM solutions including CyberArk PAM
Extensive shell scripting experience and proficiency working with CyberArk PowerShell scripting across one or more areas including (but not limited to):
- Integration and API of PowerShell Module for CyberArk REST API (psPAS)
- Administering CyberArk PAS with PowerShell
- Installing CyberArk Identity AWS PowerShell utility
- Working with utility commands
- PowerShell script for continous deployment of CyberArk using Github
- Manage and retrieve credentials using PowerShell scripts
- Retrieving passwords from CyberArk using PowerShell
- Writing PowerShell scripts to create a process file
- Ongoing PowerShell scripting for continuous deployment of CyberArk
Demonstrated experience of ongoing learning and development to employ best practices for security credentials for CyberArk automation
Experience developing program documentation and reports
Effective written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team government and contractor staff
Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience

Preferred qualifications:

CyberArk CDE certification is highly preferred
