The perfect candidate is someone who can hit the ground running to give the clients outstanding representation, as well as take ownership of a client’s case. The perfect candidate must possess a willingness to meet personally with clients, the ability to handle a high caseload, commitment to abiding by the set laws and behaving ethically, excellent personal skills, strong critical thinking skills, adaptability and attention to detail, ability to work on a case independently, ability to work with a team of attorneys, ability to communicate and writing and verbally effectively.
