Growing Loop law firm seeks experienced litigation associates to join its vibrant national practice. Our firm handles complex litigation matters in a variety of areas, including complex tort and healthcare defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation, as well as municipal and local government law, real estate development, and other transactional matters. We also are privileged to represent the unique legal needs of nonprofit and religious clients. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 7 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on the defense of complex cases and demonstrated experience or interest in representing nonprofit, religious, and/or other tax-exempt organizations. Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the ability to work proactively and will demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills, as exemplified by the criteria listed below.

Education and Experience

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on litigation experience.
• Experience in the defense of complex tort litigation preferred.
• Demonstrated experience or interest in representing nonprofit, religious, and/or other tax-exempt organizations.
• History of academic success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Day-to-day supervision of files from pre-trial phase through trial and appeal.
•  Direct responsibility for motion practice and written and oral discovery.
• Trial and/or significant alternative dispute resolution experience is a plus.\
• In good standing with the Illinois bar.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience
