What We Seek in You:

• Car Wash Experience: 2 years of experience at a car wash
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrate a track record of effective leadership and staff development. Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
• Engaging Personality: Possess an outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills. Infuse positivity, focus, and a passion for learning into the workplace.
• Adaptability: High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Flexibility: Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, with a varying schedule.
• Mechanical Aptitude: In order to make sure the car wash continues running smoothly, routine maintenance and general diagnostic skills will be needed for the car wash equipment.
• Spanish Speaking: To facilitate effective communication with our diverse customer base, proficiency in conversational Spanish is preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Your Impactful Role:

• Customer-Centric Approach: Help drive home the small hospitality we strive for.
• Leadership : Provide direction and coaching to team members.
• Operational Management: Direct and monitor workflow as well as effectively articulate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Training and Development: Continuously develop and empower every team member.
• Facility and Equipement Maintaince: Assist in equipment maintenance, inventory managmenet, and overall site cleanliness.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintaining all areas and making sure site is kept organized and hazard free as well as ensure all employees are trained in safety protocols.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
