Summary:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and provides an opportunity to learn about the dynamic field of human resources within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Responsibilities:Support the on-boarding process for new hires by preparing materials, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Assist in completing new hire paperwork and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintain and update employee records and databases.Assist with HR-related correspondence, including offer letters, employment verification's, and other documents.Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.Help organize employee appreciation events and activities to promote a positive work culture.Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Support HR audits and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.Generate HR reports and metrics as needed for analysis and decision-making.Experience:Recent Grad or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.The hourly pay for this position is $16.90/hr.
