**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant / People Operations Manager to support our senior management team and oversee all aspects of our people operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administrative support and human resources functions.
**Responsibilities:**1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
3. 4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
5. Assist in the coordination of company events, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR-related programs.
6. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics, trends, and initiatives.
7. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
8. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Qualifications:**1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or People Operations Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
6. Proficiency in MS Office

1. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
2. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
