Corvid is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Business Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellence across all aspects of our business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assign tasks to appropriate teams or individuals based on their skill sets and availability.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks and projects.

  • Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.

  • Regularly monitor the progress of tasks and projects, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions to keep operations on track.

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that tasks are completed to the highest standards.

  • Identify potential risks to operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Maintain accurate records of task assignments, schedules, and progress reports.

  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Who We Want:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. They should demonstrate a proven track record in business operations management, showcasing their ability to effectively oversee and optimize operational processes. Strong organizational skills are essential, enabling them to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks within a dynamic work environment. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for successful collaboration across all levels of the organization.
