Operations Mooresville - USA **Warehouse Stock Supervisor**

* Reporting to Management on accuracy of stock levels

* Ensuring inventory is efficiently moved through locations in the business to enable the production process to continue efficiently

* Ensure inventory logs are consistent with physical counts.

* Ensuring all stock is recorded accurately

* Work with the events and sales teams to ensure inventory is pulled correctly for events.

* Managing goods in. Organizing incoming deliveries, containers and inter company inventory movement between the US and UK DCs.

* Ensure all incoming product moves through the Quality Control department smoothly.

* Planning the allocation for the Inventory, Replenishment and Overstock teams

* Conducting training for new stock team members joining the team

* Reporting on performance of Replen and Stock team members.

* Fully supervising all team members within the inventory teams.

* Experience coordinating inventory in a warehouse environment

* Initiative to identify and overcome challenges

* Excellent supervisory skills with ability to coordinate and motivate staff

* Ability to effectively train others to learn new skills

* Strong communication skills

* Thrives in a fast-paced environment

* Fast learner who is comfortable learning new systems and methods of working

* Excellent excel proficiency and reporting knowhow

* A salary of $30,000 - $35,000.
