PAY:  $20-21/hour

HOURS:  Monday to Friday 7A-4P (changes for summer hours)

REQUIREMENTS:  1 year of customer service experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Answer incoming calls, scheduling appointments with builders and homeowners Communicating with builders and homeowners —any issues as needed, rescheduling appointments. Typing up work orders — builders send work orders to schedule repairs daily, these need to be put in the system and scheduled.
