Cortina Solutions is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support the Sea Based X-Band (SBX) Radar supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is responsible for performing logistics tasks onboard SBX in support of Mission Integration SOW tasks. 

Job Duties:

• Supporting shipping & receiving, government property management onboard SBX, and managing the Configuration Management library onboard SBX.
• Coordinate and manage freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Utilize software systems to track and monitor shipments.
• Communicate with customer and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma and 11 years' logistics or freight handling experience (additional education can be used in lieu of experience)
• Use of packaging and handling tools to prepare pallets and containers for shipment
• Experience with storage and inventory of supplies
• Excellent organizational and time management
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Effective written & verbal communication skills
• Travel up to 50%
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance
• SBX Logistics experience, preferred
• Operation of material handling equipment, preferred
• Knowledge of maritime shipping and receiving requirements and regulations, preferred
