CorTech is Hiring a Remote Recruiter/Account Manager : 335152
Ultimately, recruiters help our clients reduce the time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner and assist our active and former employees in any way needed.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Must be willing to work on-site (Portential opportunity for remote work upon completion of training)
Duties/Responsibilities:
Recruiting (40%)
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
- Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information (including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations)
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them
- Work directly with applicants & new hires to ensure the onboarding process is completed in full
- Complete Federal I-9 forms, drug tests, background checks, etc.
- Assist candidates with direct deposit & pay card enrollment (and other onboarding items, as needed)
- Work with Branch Manager & clients to coordinate hiring events as needed
- Assist current & former employees with obtaining paystubs, questions about pay & other questions relating to their employment
- Assist with payroll, benefits enrollment, etc.
- Serve as initial contact for worker's compensation claims & accident/injury reports.
- Travel to client's local office for meetings, orientation, etc. (Mileage is reimbursed by CorTech)
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
