✅The Role

The Manager of FP&A will play a critical role in driving growth in a private equity platform business enacting a buy and build strategy. This role will report to the Director, FP&A and will play a key role in planning, forecasting, and using analysis to help drive the growing Online Brand Protection and Trademarks businesses.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist and develop the monthly and quarterly reporting package, supporting business reviews and board reporting.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis, designing and preparing financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Track monthly variance analysis against plan and drive accountability through single source of truth management reporting on key variance drivers and metrics.
• Work closely with key business partners to influence management decisions by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously focus on process improvement and organizational optimization efforts.

✅Essential

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A
• Experience with Subscription based revenue models
