Club Evening Receptionist
SUMMARY: Receives callers at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers to destination by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepares and distributes evening "specials “menus answers telephone and directs calls to the appropriate party
Takes individual and party reservations and communicates to Banquet Coordinator
Welcomes members and guests upon their arrival
Enters food and bar tickets in cash register and computer and files charge tickets Assists members with problems with billing and initiates the correction
Issues guest cards to CCYC member guests, assists non-members with reciprocity privileges Sells merchandise to Club members
Performs a variety of clerical duties as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Computer Literate skills with knowledge of Windows, Outlook Email, Excel, and Google Sheets
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Be able to communicate with peers and members
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic skills needed to understand pricing of food and beverage tickets
