Exempt - Full Time


Primary Position Objectives

Assists the Corporate finance department in financial/accounting duties. 


Brief Description of Duties

  • Prepare Corporate Tax Returns and Documentation
  • Monitor Center Budgets
  • Reconcile credit cards statements and monitor balance
  • Enters payroll for all centers/locations into Sage
  • Manage day/ monthly/ quarterly accounting operations (reporting, bank reconciliations, ect.)
  • Follows procedures for accounts payable
  • Follows procedures for accounts receivable
  • Maintains records of property for corporate and centers
  • Keeps up to date with business licenses for each state
  • Responsible for review and payment of employee travel expense reimbursements
  • Responsible for office vendors (cleaning, water, etc)
  • Manage business online accounts for billing (Godaddy, presentarmedia, slideteam, etc)
  • Complete administrative tasks (filing, record keeping, creating spreadsheets)
  • Travels to centers locations when needed 
  • Assist the CFO with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in accounting/finance software and/or programs.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all input.
  • Ability to work in fast paced deadline-oriented situation.

Experience

Two-years related experience required. 


Education

Associates degree in business, finance, accounting or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid State Driver’s License.
