What would your work schedule look like?

• Monday - Thursday, shifts as needed between the hours of 6 : 00am-7 : 30pm.
• Shift timing and frequency allows for freedom to pair this position around other responsibilities and schedule requirements.
• No weekends or holidays.
• You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with :

• Bachelors Degree not required
• Current First Aid / CPR / AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
• ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, or AFAA certification preferred

Here is the good stuff :

$17.00 to $18.50 per hour

What would be your responsibilities?

• Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
• Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
• Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
• Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
• Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
• Support CFW Culture and initiatives
