What We Need
The Housing Resources Coordinator contributes to the success of the Relocation Department by building and developing relationships with corporate housing providers, property management companies, and landlords to increase efficiencies and profitability of 3rd party housing placements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining a database of nationwide corporate housing providers, focusing on cohesiveness with information needed to ensure efficient and effective use.
  • Expediting new requests to corporate vendors and submit options if available.
  • Working directly with accounting to ensure proper rates and rebates are captured.
  • Introducing and negotiating incentive plans with key vendors and Property Management companies nationwide.
  • Identifying deficiencies in market areas needed for the Relocation Department and source out new options for providers within each market – corporate and non-corporate.
  • Implementing processes, procedure guidelines and good business practices within the corporate housing placement process.
  • Building relationships with key management companies to improve understanding and acceptance of ALE Solutions in a 3rd party role.
  • Managing work tasks to ensure productivity and growth of the database.
  • Analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems with stakeholders; identifying trends and working toward process improvement.
  • Interfacing with both internal and external customers to present formal strategies around overall operation efficiency process changes and work with them through implementation.
  • Working closely with Ops managers and Hotel & Housing Director to explore better technology or improve existing technology leading to stronger operational efficiencies for the Relocation Department
  • Regularly monitoring housing related websites and industry news related to our core business.
  • Attending annual CHPA or other industry events deemed beneficial to the growth and development of the vendor network.
  • Organizing local tours for employees to view corporate set-ups, as allowed.
  • Promoting ALE Solutions, Inc. and develop relationships within the corporate housing industry and with housing providers.
  • Providing accurate reporting to direct supervisor of the programs’ development and progress.
  • Other duties as assigned to assist with the success of the Relocation Department and ALE Solutions.
Job Skills:
  • At least 3 years’ customer service, housing, or insurance industry experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently
  • Shows understanding of basic profitability principles and processes for improvement
  • Exhibits strong customer service and sales
  • Takes initiative
