What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Account Director within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our TA Connections division and is a US-based, remote position. We are fast-growing Travel Tech firm seeking a proven leader with extensive experience managing clients in the hospitality industry. The Account Director will be responsible for managing a high value client with a multi-regional footprint. The Account Director will focus on developing and implementing strategies to maximize savings and value for money for our clients while securing a healthy margin for our company. How We WorkAs Account Director, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned home-office workspaceCompany-issued equipment with remote accessFormal, hands-on training, as needed Key Competencies: Relationship ManagementExcellent Communication skillsBusiness Development Procurement/NegotiationLeadership QualitiesAbility to handle and coordinate multiple projectsData AnalysisRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Primary point of contact for the client for all mattersOwner of SLA's and responsible for providing reporting to ensure complianceManaging and mentoring a team responsible to deliver against growth plans and key initiativesCoordinating the involvement of other cross functional teams required to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations: Sourcing, Finance, Market Research, Implementations, Operations, Customer Service and Information Technology.Preparing, delivering and presenting all required deliverablesWorking with the Data Analytics team to identify trends and savings opportunitiesParticipating in product development by sharing feedback and user reviewsResponsible for giving visibility to the client about the opportunities and risk related to contracting, operations and Project Status.Responsible for capturing any issue, concern or question regarding operations in order to obtain satisfactory feedback to the clientProactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs,Evaluating the results of current accounts, identifies unmet customer needs, monitors competitive products, analyzes and relays customer reactions and shares all acquired knowledge with the Account Management team and Leadership Team.
