CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a respected law firm in Fort Worth, TX, to find a Billing Specialist.

As a Billing Coordinator, you'll manage client invoicing, accounts receivable, and administrative tasks in a dynamic legal environment.

This role offers the chance to contribute to a prestigious firm, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and develop essential skills in legal billing and administration.

Enter and manage client expenses in the billing system.Distribute attorney diaries and correct time entries as needed.Assist with month-end closing procedures and report generation.

Maintain client files and billing information with high confidentiality.Other miscellaneous duties and assignments as assigned.

Requirements for the Billing Specialist : High school diploma or equivalentPrevious related experience in a law firm billing capacity is preferred.

Familiarity with legal billing software, preferably PerfectLaw.Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.Strong typing skills (minimum 50 words per minute) and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.

Compensation for the Billing Specialist : Contract-to-hireLocation : 100% on-site in Fort WorthHours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 PMPay : $40k-$60k (Depending on experience)Benefits : Benefits offered thru CornerStone while on contractReady to step into the spotlight and make your mark?
