Remote Legal Intake Specialist II

Established Law firm has an immediate opening for a Remote Legal Intake Specialist II. Ideal candidate will have an upbeat, positive, and helpful temperament. Job Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume of incoming calls in a call center environment.
• Assist members with opening and updating legal intakes in computer system, coding files correctly and sending messages to appropriate parties.
• Adhere to firm standards of courtesy and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience required; customer service experience preferred.
• Good keyboard and computer skills.
• Good telephone communication, courtesy and professionalism.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with good grammar.
• Must be reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Must live in Tarrant County, Texas or contiguous counties.

Remote Requirements:

• Must have the ability to connect via sound and camera for any remote periods of work.
• Must have high-speed internet connection.
• Must have dedicated workspace free from background noise, distractions, and interruptions.
