Job Title : Medication Access Specialist
Location : Dallas, TX (Potential work from home once training is completed)
Pay : $18 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Job Description :
Medication Access Specialist will directly work clinical physicians and clinic nursing leaderships in a fast paced environment.
Requirements :
Texas Pharmacy Technician or LVN certifications
2 years of experience in handling refill requests or Prior Authorizations
1 year call center experience
Medical terminology
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Type 35-40 words per meeting, minimum
Computer knowledge, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, including Outlook
Epic experience
Fast learner, not easily distracted, and able to retain details and the specific requirements of numerous insurance companies
Flu Shot required for this specific role
