CornerStone has partnered with a company looking for experienced call center reps to help with incoming calls regarding on line orders / returns for a reputable western wear company in the North Fort Worth / Alliance area.
Title : Customer Care Agent
Pay : Rate : $20
Location : Fort Worth, Onsite
Schedule : Schedule : Monday through Friday, Flexibility to work on the weekends at the end of the summer
CST timings : 12pm 9pm or Partime - 10am to 2pm, 12pm to 4pm, or 5pm to 9pm
Will work a Saturday shift starting at the end of Summer, 9am to 6pm
What will you be doing as a Customer Care Rep?
Supporting requests via incoming calls / faxes / emails regarding orders, order changes, return authorizations, and warranty coverage
Providing courteous and professional service to internal and external customers
Ensuring orders are entered accurately, audited, and confirmed in a timely manner
Resolving a diverse range of issues including general questions and problems involving pricing, product usage and care, product availability, inventory, transportation, and product delivery
Providing general assistance to callers by directing them to the appropriate person or department
What experience & qualifications are required?
2 years in a Customer Service role
Experience processing orders, data entry, or heavy phone work. Ability to handle 50-75 calls per day
Preferably call center experience
Good job stability
