Job Title : Bilingual Medical Call Center Rep - Multiple Openings!

Job Description : Provides accurate, prompt and courteous service to all Health Plan members and providers in a fast-paced call center environment.
Ensure office procedures are followed
Document and update records
Make outbound calls to patients and members
Requirements :
Must have 6 months experience working in a call center environment OR 6 months of medical experience
Great Data Entry
Bilingual in Spanish
A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity
Enjoy working with people and providing customer service
Ability to maintain confidentiality
No visible tattoos or piercings
Must have high school diploma or GED
Sense of urgency must be able to work in a fast paced environment
