Call Center Representative
Onsite - Fort Worth, TX

Through an innovative approach and patient-centered care, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Call Center Representative for our Fort Worth, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments.
Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities
  • Connecting with patients via phone
  • Help solve problems and educate patients about TMS and Ketamine
  • Coordinate with clinics for patient care
  • Other relevant duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
