We are seeking a Call Center Representative for our Fort Worth, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments.
Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

- Coordinate with clinics for patient care

- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
