Do you love hands on work? Are you good at fixing appliances, air conditioning, and working as a team? This is likely the position for you!

Responsibilities will include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, oven/stovetops, fridges), painting and grounds. Pool maintenance. You and your team will be getting apartments ready for move in, maintaining grounds, and supervising all maintenance and staff. On call duties are for emergencies only and shared between all maintenance staff.

*Must be HVAC Certified

*Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

*Have own basic tools

*Must be willing to commit to at least 1 year of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
