Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition Specialists

Travel: 25%

Location: Waco, Texas – On-Site

Compensation and Benefits:

● Salary with bonus opportunities; commensurate with experience

Job Description:

We're looking to add a driven, and teachable Talent Acquisition Specialist on our corporate team here in Waco, Texas. Cornerstone is constantly expanding and starting new offices across the country, and the first step in establishing an office is finding the right Director in that area. You will be responsible for finding those Directors via LinkedIn and Indeed and will also be their first interview in our hiring process. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Job Responsibilities and Reporting Structure:

● Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

● Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

● Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.

● Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

● Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

● Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

● Message candidates via LinkedIn, and schedule them for an interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
