You will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate & Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand activations and new marketing campaigns. This position will have the opportunity to shape brand perception, drive customer engagement, and contribute to organizational growth. This role requires a creative thinker with an understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and a passion for building and strengthening brand identities.This is a hybrid role, out of our Cary, NC office.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESBrand Strategy Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define and refine the brand's positioning, values, and messagingSupport market research efforts to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer preferences that can inform brand strategyCampaign Planning and Execution:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and eventsCoordinate media buyingContent Creation and Management:Generate high-quality and engaging content, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia elementsMaintain brand consistency across all communication channels and ensure content adheres to brand guidelinesBrand Reputation Management:Partner with business and digital marketers to garner positive word of mouth and brand perception through brand and product reviewsDevelop and implement brand reputation management plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community buildingCollaboration and Relationship Building:Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align brand initiatives with overall business goalsEstablish and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibilityPerformance Analysis and Reporting:Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectivenessProvide regular reports and insights to leadership, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldProven experience (3 years) in brand marketing or a related roleStrong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsProficiency in using marketing tools, analytics, and digital platformsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and collaborate with cross-functional teamsAdditional informationWhy work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
