About the job

The Global Messaging & Content team is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist for Banking to strategize and orchestrate content creation and deployment across the full customer journey of Reputation, Demand, Engagement and Enablement.

Our team goal is to meet consumers across the full customer journey and greet them with the most coherent, consistent, and compelling view of SAS and what we have to offer. Rest assured when relying on our team of professionals who carefully manage and align SAS’s messaging and content. 

As a Content Marketing Specialist, GCC, you will:

  • Leads and manages a campaign-focused content strategy that supports business objectives and is crafted to deliver a high-quality prospect and customer experience, honing methods that work for the brand/product. 
  • Maintains an ongoing inventory/audit of content relevant to key initiatives and conducts periodic competitive audits. 
  • Evaluates existing assets according to agreed-upon content criteria to propose whether they need to be retired, repurposed or revamped for continued use. 
  • Reviews new campaign content for consistency in terms of style, quality, visuals and tone of voice, and that it is optimized for search and user experience for all channels including web, advertising, social media, email, and video. 
  • Holds regular meetings and directional check-ins with sister organizations and global counterparts 

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Content Management.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
