RESTAURANT MANAGER:
The Corner Store is a high-volume, quality-driven, Quick-Service-Casual restaurant. We are seeking an experienced, personable and energetic leader to provide support and manage the daily operations of our "scratch-kitchen" based concept as well as managing shifts to ensure company standards are co-developed, documented, maintained and continually improved. This position requires strong Front-of-House (FOH ) and Back-of-House (BOH ) hands-on experience and commitment to high-quality standards to insure excellent customer experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years restaurant management experience.
• 2 years commercial kitchen experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Exposure to financial accountability and controls
• Follow and guide others to through approved recipes
• Food-cost analysis, management and control
• Inventory management
• Strong organizational skills
• Labor-cost analysis, management and control
• Assessing and improving profitability
• Procedure Development and implementation
• Food-cost analysis, management and control
• Ability to plan, motivate and influence others
• Communication interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Leads and works with sense of urgency
• Follow all Corner Store policies, procedures, recipes, etc..
• Creates/co-creates new policies and procedures with owner's approval
• Leads by positive example and attitude
• Build team morale
• Follow direction and be flexible
• Maintain and/or create positive work environment
• Maintain and/or create clean and organized work environment
• Maintain and/or create positive customer experience
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Plan and conduct staff meetings

• Discipline/reward employees as needed
• Communicate with owner(s)
