Hours: Tuesday - Friday 1:30pm - 12:00am

Job Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop product knowledge in fulfillment and production departments
• Operate and drive forklifts, controlling movement of lifting apparatus
• Stock inventory ensuring proper locations and piece counts
• Locate, pull, and prepare material for transport
• Operate shears, saws, torches, or other manufacturing equipment to process material to customer specifications
• Verify accuracy of each order before it is packaged including measurements, piece counts, and material type
• Prioritize orders by due date and means of delivery
• Line and pad crates and assemble cartons
• Wrap protective material around product
• Weigh and measure packages for truck lines
• Correctly label each package with customer name, order number, date, and line items
• Follow Coremark Metals’ safety policies and procedures
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to help facilitate communications and operations within the company

Primary Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and use a keyboard and computer
• Ability to multitask, be attentive, and flexible
• Perform frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of packaged goods weighing up to 50 pounds and up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Strong understanding of measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures, and scales
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aptitude in industrial machinery and equipment
• Forklift experience
