Supervisor

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum

Location: Philadelphia, PA

The client I am working with is a large multinational QSR chain with an extreme global presence. We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor who has prior experience in a corporate chain in a similar role. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow during assigned shifts
• Supervising and directing crew members to efficiently complete tasks and deliver excellent service
• Providing training, guidance, and feedback to team members to ensure performance standards are met
• Monitoring food quality, portion control, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

Ideal Supervisor:

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the fast-food industry or in a corporate chain environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
