Insight Global is Hiring a Corporate supervisor Near Philadelphia, PA
Our wealth management, capital markets, and investment banking partner is looking for a Dividends & Reorg Manager (Corporate Action Manager) to join their growing Operations division.
The Manager will be responsible for the oversight of Dividends & Reorg Associates. They will oversee the coordination with traders and the front office to process dividends, re-orgs, buybacks, mergers, etc.
They will oversee reconciliations and report the event and outcome in the system. This will require high attention to detail as this group takes on much of the company's overall risk exposure.
Events must also be processed in a timely manner, so a high sense of urgency is also indispensable. This individual will regularly use Beta, Flex, and Excel.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree OR Active Series 7 License
- Comfortable being in a leadership position.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- Series 7
- Series 9
- Beta experience
This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position in Center City, Philadelphia.
Compensation
$75,000 - $80,000 / year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
