Responsibilities:
- Address IT-related incidents and tasks for US businesses
- Offer comprehensive on-site and remote IT assistance
- Arrange partner engineer visits as required
- Keep end-users informed of incident and task progress
- Oversee applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with central IT standards
- Analyze and provide reports on incident and task statuses
- Have 2 years of experience within similar role
- Experience with IT Ticketing systems
- IT Support experience within the hospitality industry an asset
- End-user operating system administration expert
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be authorized to work and remain in the US.
