Accounting Services Director

Our client has an incredible growth story, offering their customers a unique and amazing service. They're expanding their business even further and they're now looking for an Accounting Services Director that can head up their accounting division. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial flair to really build out this division for them.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial solutions to meet engagement objectives
• Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processes
• Mentor a team of accounting professionals and encourage them to grow and develop
• Review the work of the team to ensure quality, consistency, clarity, and thoroughness

Key Requirements:

• CPA would be highly beneficial but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
• Good understanding of Corporate Tax Return and Corporate Audit
• Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
