Seeking a Property Manager for apartment community for an Indianapolis-based company. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience as a Property Manager. Must be highly motivated and great with marketing. Duties include, but not limited to daily invoice processing, budget preparation and maintaining, leasing, move-out settlements, and staff leadership. Available Mon-Fri and some Saturdays on a seasonal rotating schedule. Monthly commission bonuses also.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $67,000.00 - per year salary commensurate with experience

- Customer service experience
- Strong understanding of property management principles
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Familiarity with property leasing processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors
- Experience in conflict management and resolution
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Appfolio
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
