We're hiring a General Manager for our North Austin studio. The General Manager position is responsible for the gym's overall operation, culture and success. As the General Manager, you will constantly need to come up with and execute creative ideas to grow the overall business and ensure the absolute best experience for our clients. Core Progression takes pride in our unmatched customer service and culture, and it is expected that the GM will have the personality and passion to embody that.

This position requires a minimum of 40-60 hours worked each week including 10-15 hours of personal training sessions. The General Manager must adjust his/her schedule accordingly based on gym demands and performance. The General Manager is responsible for every aspect in the gym's overall success:

• Manage membership acquisition and retention, revenue and expenses on a daily basis.
• Manage financial budgets with planning, forecasting, and revenue generation from all aspects of the gym.
• Establish and maintain community relationships. Ensuring that we are maintaining and growing our reputation within North Austin and sorounding areas.
• Payroll and inventory reports.
• Profit and Loss Statement review and evaluation performed monthly.
• Ensuring overwhelming satisfaction with both clients and trainers.
• Responsible to keep the gym impeccably clean on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Fitness Professional, with exposure to sales, prospecting, and enrollments.
• Must have at least 3 years experience leading others
• Preferably experienced as a general manager or fitness director.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Comfortable communicating with others, cold calling, following up with staff and clients.
• Self driven. Knows what needs to be done without being told to.
• Marketing and business to business sales exposure a plus
• Personal Training Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
